PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN STRATEGI PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PROPERTI SYARIAH PADA DEVELOPER PT SHARIA GREENLAND



This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion strategies on sharia property purchasing decisions at Developer PT Sharia Greenland. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification analysis approach. The sample used was 82 housing buyer consumer respondents at the PT Sharia Greenland Developer using nonprobability sampling techniques or saturated sampling. The data and information used are primary data obtained directly from PT Sharia Greenland. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test (t test), product quality has a significant value of 0.000 ttable with a ttable value of 1.664. This means that the product quality variable influences the sharia property purchase decision variable at PT Sharia Greenland Developer. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test (t test), the promotion strategy has a significant value of 0.000 a ttable of 1.659. This means that the promotion strategy variable influences the sharia property purchase decision variable at PT Sharia Greenland Developer. Based on parametric statistical tests on multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 4082.364 + 0.453 X1 + 0.240 X2 is obtained. Furthermore, the simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) obtained an Fcount value of 580.057 > Ftable with a value of 2.33. This shows that the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of product quality and promotion strategy on the decision to purchase sharia property at PT Sharia Greenland Developer. While the R square on product quality and promotion strategy contributes 93.6% to purchasing decisions and the remaining 6.4% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.rnKeywords: Product Quality, Promotion Strategy, Purchase Decision.
